Welcome to Horizon Christian Fellowship Rosarito , Baja California , Mexico ! We are located about 30 miles south of the San Diego/Tijuana border. Our church was started in March, 2001 by Pastor Juan and his wife Chris Flores. Our primary focus at Horizon is to see people come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
