Cross the border into Mexico from I-5 or I-805 and once you are inside the border get in the middle lane and cross over the bridge. After you pass the Mexican customs building and about 2 blocks up you will see an ON-RAMP or RIGHT HAND TURN to the “ Scenic/Toll Road to Rosarito and Ensenada ”. Follow the signs to the Scenic Road to Rosarito/Ensenada. *** If you miss the right turn, you can continue straight and follow the signs to Scenic Road to Rosarito/Ensenada.

The road parallels the US/Mexico border for about two miles, then heads up and down a steep hill. At the bottom of the hill exit to the RIGHT. The sign for this road will be " Toll Road " or " Scenic Road ." This road makes a Y after about a ½ mile, STAY IN YOUR LEFT LANE AND VEER LEFT. 1 mile later you will pass through the toll gate. Tolls are around $2.10, and the toll areas all have clean restrooms.

Rosarito is located about eight miles down the toll road.
Take the 2 nd exit in Rosarito (you will see a McDonald's on your right hand side)
Turn LEFT at the stoplight (you will be on the main boulevard - Blvd. Benito Juarez)
Turn RIGHT on Lienzo Charro (There will be a restaurant called Ortega's Buffet on the left corner it is a two-story brick building)
Go all the way down the street until it ends – you will drive directly into a house
Turn RIGHT on Via Pemex (there will not be a street sign)
The church is two blocks up on the RIGHT HAND side. It is a white two-story building with a grey iron fence all the way around it. There is a sign with a sunrise dove on it that says Companerismo Cristiano Horizonte Rosarito. There is also scripture written on the retaining wall.
